All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding holidays.

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and other factors.
Please note, delays may occur due to uncontrollable reasons such as extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters, or courier/logistics disruptions.

Wooden Products (Gadas & Mugdars):
These items are made to order and require additional manufacturing time. Please refer to the delivery timelines mentioned on the product page for accurate estimates.

Shipping Method:
For domestic deliveries, we ship via registered courier services and/or India Post. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding holidays) or as per the delivery schedule confirmed at the time of order.

Responsibility:
While we ensure timely dispatch, GARUDADHWAJA ENTERPRISE is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances. Our responsibility is to hand over the shipment to the delivery partner within the promised timeframe.

Unserviceable Pin Codes:
In cases where the delivery pincode is unserviceable or facing logistical issues, customers may be requested to collect their package from the nearest logistics hub. We will provide complete support and tracking details for a smooth experience.
