Cancellation/Refund/Replacement Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or replacements except for incorrect items. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution. Note that parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, inactive phone numbers, or customer negligence will incur Forward & Return charges based on the item’s weight.
For damaged or defective products, please adhere to the following for replacement requests:
Video Capture:
Record the entire unboxing process, including packaging and the product’s condition.
Ensure the video is clear and unedited.
Upload the video within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we will not be able to assist with replacement requests
