🔄 Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacements in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
To help us assist you better, please follow these simple steps:
📸 For Damaged/Defective Items:
Record a complete unboxing video (from opening the parcel to showing the item’s condition with shipping label)
The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited
Send the video to our support team within 48 hours of delivery
Replacements will be processed only if these conditions are met.
🚚 For Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video showing the issue
Our team will resolve it quickly and ensure you receive the correct product.
⚠️ Important Notes
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.
Parcels returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer refusal will incur forward and return shipping charges, calculated based on the item’s weight.
🧾 Partial Payment Orders
For orders placed with partial payment, if the customer cancels, refuses, or returns the parcel, the advance amount will be retained as a processing fee, and no refund will be issued.
